Account and payment enquiries
For a payment enquiry, GCash’s Webpay contact directory lists [email protected]. Keep the date, amount and the relevant reference together so that your message identifies one operation.
If the question concerns your gaming balance, describe the account-side request. If the question concerns money already transferred, include the transfer record. That distinction helps you ask for the next useful update: clarification of the request, or tracing of the transfer.
