Your account and your payment
The ArionPlay account is the starting point for questions about your gaming balance. A GCash transaction record helps identify money sent or received through your wallet. Keeping those two records together makes a follow-up more specific: you can name the request and then identify the payment connected to it.

GCash’s published profile table lists these wallet balance limits:

Open Profile → Profile Limits in the GCash app to check the limits applied to your account. Read the balance limit alongside your incoming and outgoing transaction limits. They describe different parts of wallet use.
For example, a wallet with a ₱100,000 balance limit and ₱92,000 already in it has ₱8,000 of balance capacity. An incoming ₱10,000 would exceed that space by ₱2,000. The calculator below lets you change each amount and see the difference.
Calculate wallet capacity
Use the limit displayed for your own profile. Keep the calculation tied to the balance at the time you check it: a later payment or receipt changes how much room is available.
Increasing a wallet limit
GCash describes a higher ₱500,000 wallet limit for eligible accounts. Its conditions include a Philippine-issued mobile number, full verification, regular use of the app and its risk evaluation. The wallet-upgrade age condition is 18 or above.
That list describes GCash wallet eligibility. For an upgrade, read the provider’s current instructions and check the result in your profile. The calculated capacity should always use the limit actually displayed on your account.
