ArionPlay GLife: account access update

GCash’s GLife notice points Arionplay users to its account website for account and gaming-balance enquiries.

The GLife access change

GCash dates the removal of gaming access and related in-app services to 16 August 2025. Its notice provides merchant website destinations so customers can contact the relevant gaming service about an account or remaining balance.

For Arionplay, the notice provides an account destination. Use that route when you want to continue to the account rather than look for the old gaming entry inside GLife.

The account access guide keeps this destination and the payment-enquiry contact together. If you are already dealing with a payment, the withdrawal guide helps separate the account request from a transfer and its receipt into the wallet.

A remaining gaming balance

GCash directs gaming-balance enquiries to the gaming merchant. When contacting ArionPlay, describe the balance or request you want checked and include the relevant account-side details.

If a transfer has already been sent, retain that transfer’s reference as well. This keeps the question about the gaming balance connected to the later question about money arriving in GCash.

Balance below the withdrawal minimum

GCash’s notice says the gaming merchant sets the minimum withdrawal amount. It directs questions about withdrawing a balance below that minimum to the merchant.

State that your enquiry is about the remaining balance and ask for the applicable next step. Keep any reply with your account records. For an operation already in progress, use the payment follow-up checklist to prepare the request and transfer details together.
