ArionPlay Maya: account and payment help

Account or Maya transaction?

An ArionPlay account question and a Maya transaction question have different starting points. GCash lists arionplay.com as ArionPlay’s account website, and ArionPlay accepts Maya next to GCash for deposits and withdrawals. The Maya Help Center handles enquiries about Maya accounts and transactions.

Check Maya service status

Maya’s Service Status page shows activity or maintenance that touches a transaction, so it is a quick first look before you contact support. The Maya Contact Us page links to it.

Keep your enquiry tied to the transaction you are checking. If a service update relates to the operation, keep the relevant details for your follow-up.

Open Maya Help Center

  1. Sign in to the Maya app and open Profile.
  2. Select Get help to reach the Help Center.
  3. Choose Chat with us, then select the relevant topic.
  4. If the suggested article does not resolve the question, select No when asked whether it helped.
  5. Continue with Raise a ticket or Chat with an agent.

A Help Center ticket receives an email reply within two working days, sent from [email protected]. Keep the assigned ticket or reference with your transaction record as the enquiry continues.

Maya app hotline

For Maya app concerns, the hotline is +632 8845 7788, with a domestic toll-free line at 1800 1084 57788. Ordinary hotline hours are 08:00–19:00 daily. Maya also takes urgent calls after those hours, such as a lost or stolen phone or a suspected unauthorised transaction.

The Help Center reply period describes a support reply. For an enquiry involving an outside merchant or financial institution, keep the timeline and updates provided for your particular case.

Prepare your enquiry

Gather the transaction receipt or confirmation, a screenshot of the issue, previous support messages and the assigned reference or ticket number. A complete set lets the Maya team answer in one reply.

Keep passwords, OTPs, card numbers and CVVs to yourself, including when you speak with Maya’s own representatives.
