Account request

For a question about the gaming balance or the withdrawal request itself, contact ArionPlay, which handles gaming-account and balance questions.

State the request amount, when you made it and the update you are looking for. Use the wording shown in your account when describing its state, and keep any request identifier with the enquiry. If you have already received a response, keep the new question in the same conversation so the context stays together.

Transfer sent

If the gaming platform describes a transfer as successful but the money is missing from GCash, ask the platform to trace the transfer. This is the standard next step for an online-gaming cash-in.

Include the transfer reference and the amount expected. Keep that record connected to the original request. A message about a transfer already sent should identify the transfer, rather than only asking about the account balance.

A gaming cash-in reaches the wallet within a few minutes to 24 hours, and after that period the merchant takes the question. Use that window for the incoming-wallet stage and keep the transfer confirmation.

Wallet receipt

Check GCash’s transaction history for the expected payment. Then open Profile → Profile Limits to review the balance and transaction limits applied to the wallet.

The wallet capacity calculator shows how much room is left under a balance limit. Compare your own current figures and check incoming transaction limits separately.

If your issue is a QR payment sent out of GCash, use the sent-payment guide. It explains the QRPH Reference or Invoice Number and the dispute route from the affected transaction. If the record belongs to Maya, use the Maya payment guide.

Payment details

Prepare these records before you follow up. Tick the details as you collect them, or copy the checklist into your own notes.

Describe the issue in one short paragraph. Name the payment stage, the amount and the date, then ask for the update you need. Attach the relevant receipt when you contact the provider through its own support route.

A message that gets a quick answer

A short message works well: “My withdrawal request of [amount] on [date] shows [status]. The reference is [reference]. Could you confirm the next step?” Fill the brackets from your records and attach the receipt. Ticket numbers, references and receipts together make the next reply faster.

Keep the follow-up connected

When you receive an answer, retain the reference or ticket number assigned to the enquiry. Match later messages to the same operation. If the provider asks you to check another stage, keep its explanation with the records so that your next message includes that context.

For Maya enquiries, keep passwords, OTPs, card numbers and card CVVs private, including when you speak with representatives. The Maya guide places its support route and contact details together.
