ArionPlay withdrawals: track your GCash receipt

Check the account request, the transfer record and your wallet history in order. Each stage gives you a different detail to follow up.

Start with the account request

If your question concerns the gaming balance or a withdrawal request, start with ArionPlay. GCash’s GLife notice directs account and gaming-balance enquiries to the gaming merchant.

Keep the request date, amount and any request identifier together. When you contact the merchant, state whether you need an update on that request or are following up money already described as sent. This helps keep an account-side question separate from an incoming-wallet question.

Check the transfer record

Once there is a transfer confirmation, keep it with the account request. Compare the transfer amount and reference with what you are expecting to receive in GCash.

GCash’s guidance for online-gaming cash-ins says to ask the gaming platform to trace a transaction when the platform reports it as successful but the money has not reached the wallet. The transfer reference is the useful record at this stage.

Follow up a transfer

Check your GCash wallet

Review the wallet’s transaction history for the expected receipt. Check Profile → Profile Limits as well, using the limits displayed for your own account.

Available wallet balance capacity is the balance limit minus the money already in the wallet. Incoming transaction limits also need to be considered. The GCash guide and calculator help you work through the balance-capacity calculation using your own figures.

Money arriving from a gaming platform

GCash’s help page describes a receipt window from a few minutes to 24 hours for the online-gaming cash-in scenario. If that incoming payment still has not arrived after 24 hours, its guidance directs you to the merchant.

This period describes the receipt into GCash. Follow the account request with ArionPlay, then use the transfer record for the question about money arriving in the wallet. When you ask for an update, name the stage and include the matching reference.

Prepare your follow-up

Gather the account request, transfer confirmation, expected amount and relevant wallet record. A useful message asks a specific question: whether the request has progressed, whether a transfer completed, or whether the merchant can trace a successful transfer that has not arrived.
